Flowers

The beginning of something big? I've started a collection of flower pictures, I was surprised to notice when in charity shops how many flower pictures you find! I know my collection is still small, but here's what happened!

 

Babies.

This is something that I put together before Christmas, and just realised I never posted it!

I'm not overly thrilled with, but it is a work in progress!

I do love a postcard.

 

I'm really pleased with how these photographed the blue really pops.  I wish to install this piece on the wall instead of resting on the floor.

Memories.

Recently I decided to go and play around with my collection of ornaments a bit more. However this time I rid them of their character and spray painted them all entirely white.

Sad Sad news today folks.

Although I noticed this a few weeks ago I think I have come to terms with it enough to share the news with you. 

Upon my normal walk home I happend to look at the Dear Old Cat Lady's house..and noticed over a period of three days the windows have slowly started to empty.

Although I never received a phone call from the lady for a 'chat about her cats' I hold no grudge!! The cats will be missed.

Becoming an Adult

The end of Uni life is fast approaching, this week I've applied for two gallery assistant jobs and am very excited.

A little late and a lot of catching up to do.

Cassette.

 

Lately I have found myself a collection of Peter Gabriel tapes...although I haven't ever listened to his songs, I have been told it is a 'fantastic album'.

I really want to use them for a piece so here is a little experiment

Using fishing wire I have suspended them from the wall, the long column twists and turns as it reaches the wall.

This Week

LSo after the massive cock up this week, the exhibition I have been planning for weeks, won't be going ahead as planned.

However me and the other artists involved have all decided to postpone intil the Exhibition space at SION HILL is next available..which hopefully won't be too long.

Anyway after finding a large collection of cassette tapes, I have became experimenting with them.
